FACILITATION: DRIVING SALES

CASH SERVICES COMPANY

Designed a 2-day strategic facilitation for a large supplier of secure transportation and safety services.  The organization was struggling to meet their 7% annual sales growth target. Implementation to achieve this goal was not well integrated between the Operations Team who was responsible for regional sales and the National Sales team who managed national accounts.  Strat-ology worked with the leadership and key employees of the two teams to facilitate a shared understanding of the strategy and to develop a pathway to better achieve the sales growth target while increasing overall sales margins.
